The team were excellent on guiding us through our flooding damage and did a standup job getting our floor back to good. Great to work with, highly recommend.

The whole process was seamless, Ashlea was super helpful with picking the carpet and color, the price was very competitive and the installer (I think was Josh), arrived on time and the install was perfect

5 stars all around! Being younger, I often felt like businesses didn't take me seriously or thought I was wasting their time. Walking into Newcastle Carpet One was a completely different experience. I was immediately met with a bright, welcoming sales rep who was amazing - from demonstrating which flooring best suited my needs to recommending colors, I was blown away. I felt genuinely listened to and valued. A week later, I worked with another lady who was equally helpful to finalise payment for my new hybrid flooring. The aftersales support was just as impressive: the admin team kept me updated every step of the way and patiently answered my endless questions about pickup. As a first-time homeowner tackling a renovation, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Go see this team for your flooring needs!

I really appreciated the care of the CarpetOne team, particularly Ashlea. She was very patient with my needs, helped me make the right decision, and made the extra effort to get a quick instal date for me. The installer Josh was also lovely and the final result is great :)
