Not Happy Jan!!!! Our bedroom has been severely flooded twice. The young woman who came out to have a look said although she couldn't smell an odour she would send out someone to pull up the carpet so we could check the underlay too. Waiting, waiting, waiting.... no one came! After getting onto our builder he sent through an email from Delta Carpets which stated they were not coming out as there was no visible damage. Service here was deplorable to say the least and the customer service representarive nothing short of rude. Went for a quote for a 10 x 6 m room only to be told she couldn't give me a quote to supply this as it's against the law. It was for an insurance claim. What a shame she wasn't more helpful as the whole flooribg on my 5 bedroom house is to be replaced ..... it won't be by this company though.  I'm utterly disgusted at the lack of service!!
