Zero stars would be better. Diabolical. Bought lino from them 2 years ago. They told me that the 'magnetic product' on the reverse would hold it in place. It didn't, it got ripples in it so I asked them to return and glue it around the edges. They agreed to do this. However, they failed to do it fully around the room and now the dog got purchase on it where it wasn't secured by glue and ripped it up. Surprise! They are currently arguing saying that it's not their problem that they didn't glue it down properly. A visit to the Tribunal looks like its on the cards. Overpriced, difficult and rude staff to deal with and constantly trying to avoid responsibility. Do NOT engage. Go to Carpet Court, Alana and Rob are excellent 👌
* UPDATE - despite being asked politely to remedy the shoddy workmanship, the owner has hidden behind some more bluff and bluster and is trying to deny responsibility. Disappointing. Onwards to the litigation, I guess.

Had a great visit to Carpet One to discuss carpet and vinyl flooring options for our home reno. Steve in store was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions, or explain the difference between certain carpet types etc.
